admin For some of the regular customer who visited our Mont Kiara branch lately, you must have seen a new face at the reception/ front desk. She is our newly hired Customer Service Manager, Ms. Vonney, who is in charge of the overall customer service of the outlet.
She is a Malaysian Chinese and is able to converse in Japanese. Hence for local customers who wish to have the service by our Japanese stylists, you don’t have to worry about the communication problem. We have staff who can help to do the translation and ensure the consultation is done smoothly. With this, we hope that our service quality can be improved to the next level.
So the next time when you visit us and you need help in communicating with Japanese stylist or any matters related to services or products, please feel free to approach her anytime. She would be more than happy to serve you!
