After the disaster on March, Japan has been struggling to solve up electric supply issue which may cause insufficiency in this summer. As a top management, Hamaguchi has a responsibility to take care the business in Tokyo under the circumstance which nobody has been experienced over recent years. Hence, he is not able to come over to Malaysia on June.
